Captain - Permanent - Min exp 4 years - €4500 - Spain

We are seeking a professional and experienced Captain for a 60ft luxury catamaran operating private and charter cruises in the Balearic Islands. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, guest-oriented, and confident managing a small crew and high-end clientele.

Responsibilities:
• Safe navigation and operation of the vessel
• Charter itinerary planning and guest interaction
• Crew leadership and daily operations
• Basic maintenance and systems oversight

Requirements:
• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with Commercial Endorsement
• STCW and valid ENG1
• Proven experience on similar-sized sailing yachts
• EU work rights preferred
• Strong communication and hospitality mindset
