Deckhand required for immediate embarkation – 23m Private M/Y (BVI Flag)

A private Owner is seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand for immediate embarkation on board a 23m private motor yacht under BVI flag.

The yacht operates mainly in the Mediterranean, with the Ionian Sea, Greece, planned as the main cruising area for the upcoming summer season.

Crew composition:
Captain/Owner, Stewardess/Cook, Deckhand.

Main duties include:
Assisting with docking, mooring and navigation operations
General deck work and exterior cleaning
Routine maintenance and care of all exterior areas
Handling, upkeep and maintenance of deck equipment
Supporting onboard safety procedures and daily operations

Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate should be reliable, hands-on, flexible and able to work well within a small private crew environment.

Salary: Depending on experience

Powered by heavy-duty main engines, the yacht is engineered for reliability, endurance, and safe navigation during extended passages. The onboard electrical system includes two 40 kW generators together with a 21 kW night generator, ensuring efficient and redundant power supply both underway and at anchor. For enhanced comfort and stability, the yacht is equipped with both gyroscopic stabilizers and fin stabilizers, providing excellent motion reduction while underway and at anchor. Accommodation includes five guest cabins and one dedicated crew cabin, offering comfortable living spaces for owners, guests, and crew. The vessel operates exclusively for private use and is not engaged in charter activities.
