My name is Philippe Hartgers. I am an experienced deckhand/tender captain currently based in Barcelona, Spain, and I hold a Dutch passport, allowing for immediate availability.
I have extensive tender driving experience, having served as a captain at my previous job in Port Grimaud for Wajer Yachts. In addition to my captain duties, I also worked as a deckhand, performing full washdowns and interior cleaning after each charter. During charters, I attended to clients' needs, effectively acting as a captain, deckhand, and steward.
I have also worked in a shipyard in Fort Lauderdale, maintaining boats and ships performing various tasks. I am very enthusiastic about all watersports and participate in most at a high level.
