Hi, I’m Radek,
I’m currently looking for new opportunities as a delivery captain from April until the end of May, and for charter skipper positions from May to October in Europe, mainly within the Mediterranean basin.
I bring extensive experience as a professional skipper, with over 160 commercial charters and more than 33K+ NM sailed, including yacht deliveries and offshore passages.
Since 2014, I’ve been working continuously in the industry, operating both sailing yachts and catamarans (up to 78 ft), and cooperating with charter companies such as NSS Charter in Sardinia, as well as handling international yacht deliveries across the Mediterranean and Atlantic routes.
I hold a valid RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore (commercially endorsed), STCW certification, ENG1 medical, and full insurance for commercial skipper work, which allows me to operate professionally and safely in international waters.
My experience across multiple cruising areas -mincluding Italy, Greece, Croatia, Spain, Balearics, and the Caribbean -mallows me to adapt quickly to different conditions and client expectations.
