i want to learn from experienced sailors and experience more and more of the oceans
I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position on a crossing so i can learn more and more about sailing and sailboats. I've had some experience in Brasil, crossing from the island of Florianopolis to Ilha bela, around Florianopolis and from Floianopolis do Itajai and back, along with some regatas, also a 3 sailing trips to in Algarve, Portugal, that adds up nearly 800 miles. This year i started a ocean sailing course and pretend to have the ICC by the years end. I am very eager to learn.
Besides my interests on sailing and the sea, i work as a artist here on the island of Florianópolis. I have a degree on architecture and urbanism and at the end of my course i started specializing in landscape ecology, which led me admire and deep dive into ecology. My work as an artists reflects that and my love form the human mind.
Corals, sunsets, sunrises, the sea, mushrooms and lichens are my inspiration.
Being in the ocean has always been my peace place since i was little, i've always wanted more and more of it.
Living aboard is one of my goals in life as well as crossing the atlantic. I do feel i have to learn so much more before any of that can happen.
