Looking for a Voluntary Crew / Mile Building Position – Atlantic Crossing 2025
Hi, I’m Radek – a 39-year-old sailor from Poland.
I hold a Yacht Sailor Certificate (Poland). Most of my sailing experience comes from inland waters, including skippering small yachts solo. I haven’t sailed actively for several years, and I have not yet taken part in sea watches, so I see myself as an entry-level crew member looking to refresh my skills and learn offshore sailing.
I’m keen to join an Atlantic crossing at the end of 2025 to gain offshore miles and hands-on experience. I’m reliable, adaptable, fit, non-smoker, fluent in English, and happy to help with whatever is needed on board – from steering to cooking.
