Looking for a boat sailing around Canary Islands or to Acores in November 25
Hey everyone,
I'm looking to join a boat in November 2025 for 1-3 weeks around Canary Islands or heading from the Canary to the Acores.
I discovered sailing a couple of years ago with friends around Svalbard,Norway and took it up seriously in 2022. Since then I went on several cruises (both official courses and cruises with friends). I mainly navigated around the Bretagne and the mediterranean coast line on both monohull sailboat and catamaran.
I'm based in the french Alpes, where I work as an alpine botanist and rope access technician (I'll explain when we meet - I basically study the impact on ski resorts on the plant life). I mainly work during the spring and summer season and have lots of time off in winter. I love my mountains and especially all kinds of mountain sports like climbing, paragliding and skiing.
Apparently I have too much energy for my own good. So no problem to take on whatever needs to be done on the boat (repairing, cooking, night shifts). I'm very curious and sociable, i like to learn new things, discover new people and places.
