Looking for Panama - Martinique or Panama - Europe

I'm looking for a boat going from central america to antibes or from antibes back to Europe.
I was sailing a lot when I was younger on lakes in Belgium, and I also did a 10-days trip with the belgian army on a school sailboat (holding watches,...) . I'm willing to learn more, and I learn fast.
I'm an electroniics engineer and I'm quite handy. I can also cook, I've worked as a cook in different restaurants.
I have been travelling for one year in Canada and for the last few months in central America, I'm now seeking for a way back home :)
