Looking for a Novice Crew or Voluntary work position in 2026

Hi! I'm a 26 year-old American looking to gain more sailing experience in 2026 as novice crew/volunteer. I'm currently taking a break from my career in construction management/civil engineering and traveling around the South East Asia/Oceania/Australia region. I have a couple years experience with daysails on inland waterways including some time spent volunteering on historic schooners and I am eager to develop my sailing skills!
