Looking for a Navigator/novice crew

Hi. I'm interested in finding a position as a crew member to participante in the whole experience from navigation to daily tasks. My goal is to join Colombia but I'm interested in sailing anyway if there is a good crew, according to my values (respect of nature, including of course humanity as a part of). Of course it is better if it is on my way to Colombia !
