I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Friendship, Voluntary work or Cook. I don't have much experience working on boats but I grew up by the sea and I love learning new skills so I'd love to find some volunteering and short term work on a boat, helping out and having a grand time!
