Hi, My name is Mustapha benaddi, a maritime expert and a third captain assistant (third assistant/third officer) on coastal fishing boats in Morocco. I have extensive practical experience in ship operation navigation crew command and equipment maintenance, as well as full compliance with safety and discipline rules on board. I am looking for a job opportunity as a professional yacht crew in Spain to apply my practical skills, learn from European yacht experiences, and contribute to the success of cruises. My long-term goal is to become a superyacht captain in the future.
