1 or 2 week adventures - Mono hull
A novice friend of mine has been learning to sail this past season racing with my captain and crew. She and I and my 18-year-old daughter and I would like to sail the BVI's and the US Virgin Islands this February 10th - 22nd - it's been too long! Sailing in the Caribbean is heaven and not very challenging, perfect for novice sailors. Most of my experience is in New York’s Long Island Sound, 8-foot tide/ 4 knot currents and very fluky winds. My navigation and spinnaker skills are rusty, but my enthusiasm remains strong and there is always so much more to learn!
I also have my sights set on the BVI Spring Regatta in Nanny Cay March 23 - 29th 2026 -
I'm in good shape, very easy-going and I love cooking and preparing delicious meals and beautiful snack trays! I’m a lifelong vegetarian - but you can enjoy whatever food you prefer!
