Looking for a Novice Crew, 1st Mate, Deckhand or Delivery Crew position
Hi — I’m looking for full-time work on a boat starting this summer, following throughout the rest of the year with openness to additional side or delivery work as well. I have hands-on boating experience and a strong work ethic, been working on boats and at marinas since I was 15, and I’m fully committed to building a long-term career in the marine industry.
My goal is to learn as much as possible, gain real sea time, and work toward earning my Captain’s License. I’m eager to take advice, learn from experienced captains and crew, and put in the hours doing whatever’s needed on deck. I’m young, reliable, motivated, and not afraid of hard work — whether that’s day-to-day operations, maintenance, deliveries, or assisting wherever I’m most useful.
I’m hungry to grow in this industry, surround myself with good people, and prove my value through effort and consistency. Looking forward to connecting and getting started.
