Looking for a Captain/Engineer, Mechanic/Deckhand, Marine mechanic or Electrical Engineer position
Hi – I’ve just joined Crewbay and I’m looking for opportunities as a Captain/Engineer or Captain with strong technical capability on recreational or commercial charter sailboats. I previously operated and skippered sailing charters for about five years along the Turkish and Greek coasts, managing daily and weekly trips, navigation, guest experience, and full vessel operations. I also maintained and serviced my own boats, developing strong hands-on skills with diesel engines, saildrives, electrical systems, electronics, and rigging. Currently, I work as a Marine Service Technician, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems on boats. This combination of real charter skipper experience and professional marine technical expertise allows me to operate vessels confidently while also solving problems quickly and keeping the boat running safely and efficiently. I’m a practical, reliable team member who enjoys life at sea and delivering great experiences for guests and owners.
