Looking for a crew position from Europe to the Canary Islands

My partner Antoine and I are due to meet a couple of sailors in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at the end of June/beggining of August to cross to Brasil. We have our own sailboat but since we don't know how long we'll be gone for we'll leave it in a Mediterranean port and we're looking for crew positions to join the Canary Islands from any place in Western Europe.
