Looking for a Novice Crew or Friendship position - LATAM to Europe Crossing
Hi! I’m Santi, a Spanish traveler currently in Latin America, looking for an opportunity to sail towards Europe in the coming months.
I have no sailing experience yet, so I’m looking for a Novice Crew or Friendship position, but I’m highly motivated to learn and be part of the journey. I’ve worked fixing machinery, in agriculture, production, retail, and project management, so I’m practical, reliable, and used to solving problems and handling responsibilities efficiently.
I’ve also spent long periods traveling, adapting to new places and unexpected situations, so I’m comfortable with adventure, uncertainty, and life outside routine. I’m easygoing, respectful, hardworking, and always happy to help wherever needed onboard.
