Looking for a Novice Crew position

Howdy, I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew.

I've got a moderate amount of experience in dinghy’s and Hobie cats but not too much in bigger boats.

I have however recently bought into a bigger boat with a group of friends, though it’s currently undergoing a refit so keen to get any experience I can.
