I recently quit teaching to sail the world….
I am currently completing some certifications to become employable on commercial boats, but would love some practical sail experience before that happens. Hoping to sail around the Pacific Islands in June if possible. Open to any opportunities in the region though (SE Asia, Aus, NZ).
I have my STCW, Powerboat and RIB Master, Wilderness First Aid, AEC1&2 (currently completing) and have a few hours of skippering my dad’s boat recently.
Any chance to be near or in the ocean is ideal in my mind, I am keen to explore as much as to learn … and of course contribute to fun memories.
