Looking for amateur crew poition

I'm interested in finding a position as an Amateur Crew in the Solent area
Weekends and possibly weekdays.

I have an ICC and have been sailing on yachts up to 36' for over 25 years.

20 years experience of sailing in the Solent most weekends April to October.
