Experienced crew member for offshore sailing summer024
I am looking for an offshore sailing experience in july and august 2024.
I have a good knowledge in sailing and some experience in sailing as crew members on different sailing vessels with professional and amateur skippers. More than 60 nights watch, lot of hand steering.
2020
- 6 day sailing in Mediterranee on Feelin 485 in winter France to Minorque to France, 2 nights watch hand steering, 200 miles,
- 3200 miles catamaran Lagoon 46 delivery from Les sables d'Olonnes to Bodrum), 23 nights watch.
Summer 2021 experience :
- 9 days coastal sailing in the Morbihan (France) on a Ovni 39 with a professional skipper, 300 miles
- 4 days coastal sailing on a First 211 near Granville (France),
- 1 day coastal sailing on a Selection 37 around Dunkerque (France),
- one week conveying a Bavaria 34 speed from la Corogne to Le Crouesty (France), 3 nights watch hand steering, 320 miles
All those sails were maid without autopilot.
- December 2021 : conveying a 1956 portugese 25m wooden ketch from Almeria to La Ciotat with professional skipper, 5 night watch hand steering, 580 miles,
- July 2022 : 5 day sailing north brittany 1st mate on Gibsea 30 (Roscoff Morgat), 210 miles, 3 night watch hand steering.
- July 2022 : 7 day sailing on Dufour 32 (Arradon-La Rochelle), 1 night watch hand steering, 300 miles,
- August 2022 : 21 day dailing North Sea on Ovni 385 (Reykjavik, Vestmann islanfds, Thorshavn, Stornoway, Tobermory, Oban), 16 days, 4 night watch, windvane steering, 915 miles,
- april 2023 : 10 day delivery of Dufour 470 (Cap d'agde, Bonifacio, Messine, Athens)
- july august 2023 : 8 days sailing on Dufour 350 from Lagos To Punta Delgada and sailing in the different islands of the Azores, 9 night saling with hand steering, F1-F6, 2 ppl onboard. 9 days saling from Fayal to Gijon on Sun Odyssey 51, F2-F7, 5 ppl onbaord.
My goal is to be autonomous on a monohull. and to get RYA Yachmaster Coastal (or level 3 from Federation Française de Voile) in years to come. I have a french coastal boat license (permis cotier) and french first aid.
Adventurous spirit, easy-going and reliable personality, I can also help for boat maintenance.
I am single and work in public school.
I have a long experience in hiking / moutainbiking in the Alps and camping.
I prefer enjoying sea and nature rather than full-time partying on a boat. Non smoker, non alcoholic.
Valid passport. French native, english speaking, basic german and spanish.
