My name is Maia Rehfeld, and I'm deeply passionate about the ocean. Over the past five years, I've dedicated much of my time to life at sea, indulging in activities like surfing, sailing, swimming, paddling, and diving.
During this time, I've had the privilege of working at two different clubs in the vibrant marina of Tel Aviv, Israel. At the first club, I served as a sailing instructor, guiding enthusiasts on 21 ft yachts and also ventured to Greece to instruct on larger yachts for basic IYT courses. My responsibilities extended to managing dock operations, ensuring smooth transitions for our vessels, and handling sales both in person and over the phone.
At the second club, I took on roles as a SUP and surf instructor, as well as a selling agent. I managed the reception counter and provided excellent service to our valued clients. Working as part of a team brings me immense joy, and I always strive to ensure everyone's satisfaction and happiness.
Friendly, dedicated, and highly efficient, I prioritize delivering exceptional experiences to those I interact with. Alongside my native Hebrew, I am fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, enabling me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
My love for travel and exploration drives me, and I am eager to broaden my horizons by venturing into the world of superyachts, despite lacking direct experience. I am a quick and enthusiastic learner, ready to embrace new challenges and contribute positively to any environment.
