Looking for a Deckhand, Competent Crew, Lead Deckhand or Bosun position

Hi there! I’m looking to find deck work on a sailboat, but one dependent entirely on engines is fine too. Anything from island hopping to circumnavigating! For pay would be great but passage and grub would be sufficient. I have experience sailing on the tall ship Schooner Freedom, and have worked and maintained a few other boats/ships in my time as a Mariner. I am also a USCG 100 ton Near Coastal master and STCW Basic Training certified.
