Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship, Competent Crew or Voluntary work position

I'm looking to get into sailing for adventure and to find alternatives to air travel.
While I don't have experience sailing, I am fit and have worked a lot with my hands, such as construction.
Sometime this year I'd like to sail across the Atlantic to Latin America.
