Experienced and versatile sailor | Mate / Deckhand / Relief Skipper
Hi, I’m Filip. A professional sailor with experience across private, charter, expedition, and racing programs, mostly on yachts around 70–80ft. I’ve worked extensively in Norway and the Med, including high-latitude expeditions, new builds, and deliveries across Europe.
I enjoy being involved in every aspect of life onboard, from deck work and navigation to provisioning, light engineering, and interior when needed. I’ve also handled warranty work, yard periods, and can step in as relief skipper when required.
I’m calm, hands-on, and easy to work with. Always happy to be part of a capable crew where seamanship and good communication matter.
