Seeking the full time position as a Captain,1-st Mate or Engeener for long period.

I have Certificates of Competence Yacht Master Up to 500 gt, YachtRYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore ( sail & power) with commercial endorsement and AEC. I’m seeking the full time position as a Captain or Engeener for long period . I've been sailing for over 10 years for private Owners. I have experience on yachts from 38 to 105ft. I made over 30'000 miles as Captain and sailed with different guests over the Baltic Sea,Mediterranean Sea, Balearic Sea, Caribbean Sea , Bay of Biscay, English Channel, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
My last jobs as a Captain was on a private motor yachts ( also brand new ) Azimut Fly , De Vries Lentsch, Sunseeker, Princessa and Alm- Delphino. On this yachts I did all what you are looking for now.
I have excellent navigational and boat handling skils. Sets me apart “can-do” attitude . Characterizes me excellent leadership, etiquette, communication and management skills. I have ability to maintenance and engineering . I’m happy to work within flexible setting (some standby).
I'm an enthusiastic, responsibly , personable and approachable guy. I speaks English and some Russian and Spanish.

Q: What’s your favourite boating experience? As I truly love sailing. I have many favourite experiences. These include, as a Captain, delivery of a 38 feet yacht from Ensenada, Mexico to Brisbane, Australia; a 44 feet yacht from France to Tenerife; and sailing on a 180 feet Tall Ship from Martinique to Poland as deckhend.

Q: What’s your worst boating experience? Man over board in the middle of the Pacific.

Q: How long have you been boating and what made you start? I have been sailing recreationally and professionally for many years.

Q: What are your sailing ambitions? What’s the next challenge? While I have excellent navigations skills, I continuously strive to improve my abilities and look forward to learning the sextant.

Q: Where’s your favourite boating destination? Christmas Island in Kiribati

Q: What is your favourite boat and why? STS "Fryderyk Chopin", Everyone should try sailing on STS Tall Ships because I love the challenge of climbing high masts.

Q: What is the longest passage you’ve completed without stops? 21 day; it was on the voyage from Ensenada to Hawaii.

Q: What’s your funniest experience? One time I was swimming toward the yacht without being aware of a shark fast approaching. I made it into the yacht shaking, but safe. I now consider it to be a very humorous story to tell.

Q: What is it about being on the water that makes you tick? From freedom of being upon the water to the challenges the sea can offer.

Q: Gin and Tonic in a beautiful anchorage or trimming the sails to get an extra half knot? I don't drink any alcohol. You'll find me trimming the sails
