Looking for a Novice Crew position from Australia to anywhere oversees

Hi, I'm Cyril, 27 years old. I've been dreaming for 3 years about learning to sail. I'm a sporty guy (I used to play rugby, and now I'm surfing, cycling, trekking, playing tennis, bouldering, ...) who enjoys being outdoors through any conditions. I really love the ocean's vibes and would be the happiest to have the chance to learn how to sail and to share this experience with someone I could learn from.
I'm open minded, hands-on, tidy, respectful and easy going, I like learning new skills and rethinking the world and the relationships between people. I'm reading a lot about sociology, anthropology, ecology, low-techs, ..., l love playing chess, doing odd jobs, wood-working, bike mechanics, ... I'm a really active person.
I also love to cook, do my own bread and to do the more I can by myself instead of buying. I'd love to find a place where to live to develop more low-techs, have my own garden, and be more eco-friendly.
I've travelled NZ for 1.5 year and learned a lot about myself and what is really important to me. I am a quiet person who likes to laugh, read, admire landscapes, play chess, coffee, go on adventures (I went down the Clutha river on a DIY raft before leaving NZ). There are so many things I'd like to learn (like Spanish and especially new water sports).
I'm currently in Australia and would like to start going back to Europe at any time, I have no dateline to come back and will be happy to stop anywhere.
The reasons why I'd like to sail are because I love new adventures, being outdoors and active. I really love the ocean's vibes and to take time to travel, it makes the trip better for me. Also, I'm trying to be the more eco-friendly I can and sailing is the best combination for every of my interests.
